Base pay range
A$100.00/hr - A$125.00/hr
We are currently working on a UX Lead role within a Digital Government agency based in Brisbane with a hybrid working way (ideally 2-3 days in office) for an initial 6 month contract with a view to extend.
Hourly rate is up to $120 p/hr + super.
As the UX Design Lead you will design interactive experiences for the government department.
Role –
* Decision making whilst leading a team through a human-centred design process.
* Design interactions with government services including authentication flows and application forms
* Employ user-centred design techniques to develop site maps, flow diagrams, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes
* Conduct/participate in user research
Skills –
* Over 4 years' experience in as a Senior UX Designer/ UX Lead
* Experience in leading customer-centred design
* Strong UX design experience with a digital and/or omni-channel focus
* Extensive experience with process mapping and process improvement
* Understanding and application of Design Thinking principles
* Government agency in a design capacity exp highly desired
