Responsibilities include:
* Delivering exceptional customer experiences through expert product knowledge and friendly communication.
* Staying up-to-date with the latest retail trends and product offerings through ongoing training and development.
* Maintaining a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment.
* Processing transactions efficiently and effectively, while ensuring excellent customer service standards are met.
* Assisting customers with queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements include:
* A passion for customer service and sales.
* Having an RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate is preferred.
* Confident communication skills, with a positive attitude and well-groomed appearance.
* Retail experience is great but not essential – we'll provide comprehensive training.
* Flexible availability is required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
