Dynamic Finance and Business Manager
We are seeking an innovative and experienced finance professional to lead our non-teaching services. This is a key leadership role in our College leadership team, responsible for the organisation and execution of all non-teaching services.
Job Description:
* Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to enhance the financial viability of the College
* Develop and implement annual budgets and medium to long term financial plans
* Manage statutory administrative and financial compliance areas
* Oversee facilities management, including supervision of tradespeople and maintenance contractors
* Lead the promotion of the school to drive enrolments
* Supervise non-teaching support staff and collaborate with other College leaders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess:
* Tertiary qualifications in finance and/or business management
* Experience in managing finance and administrative services in an education or NGO environment
* Strong accounting, finance, business acumen and strategic planning skills
* Experience using financial applications to support efficient decision making
* Knowledge of asset management procedures and processes
* Understanding of governance and compliance
* Experience of current state and national Work, Health & Safety requirements and legislation
