Overview
At Fiftyfive5, our Senior Account Managers work with clients to define key business challenges and shape qualitative studies to answer those challenges. They provide deep research expertise through proposals, sample design and recruitment, have a creative approach to discussion guides and are confident running focus groups, in-depth interviews and online moderation. In this role you will:
* Immerse yourself in the client's business to establish a credible base of knowledge from which to build
* Conduct, deliver and help to deploy qualitative research that is sharp, smart, inventive, pragmatic and commercial
* Help to develop client relationships that thrive and endure, working with those clients to define their key business challenges and shape qualitative studies that will answer to those challenges
The Team
A cohesive and fun team working with some of Australia's most iconic service brands. They deliver genuinely interesting, consumer-led commercial solutions all the way to their board/C level. You will also have the opportunity to be mentored by some of our most talented and senior Researchers. The work they do stretches across a range of research methodologies and largely across the following types of projects:
* Opportunity Identification and segmentation
* CVP, Brand Strategy & Positioning
* Performance measurement
* Category, Channel & Loyalty Strategy
* Pricing, Volume Forecasting & Modelling

Qualifications and Experience
Industry experience:
* As a hands-on experienced qualitative researcher, you will hold around three years of relevant experience and be well versed in all areas of qualitative research. You will be passionate and driven, intellectually curious, highly commercial and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Additional experience/requirements
* Ability to deliver timely solutions and develop strong relationships with different levels of staff, senior management across the organisation and external clients
* Exceptional attention detail, organizational and time management skills
* Ability to carry out duties autonomously, and work effectively in a team environment
* Present and always conducts self professionally
* Flexible and adaptable to work outside of core hours
