* Property Survey teams consist of land surveyors and registered cadastral surveyors with extensive industry expertise. Utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and technology, these surveyors stay current with global best practices through membership in industry organizations and rigorous ongoing professional development programs.
* Engineering Survey teams specialize in supporting high-end engineering and construction projects, including railways, tunnels, roads, bridges, buildings, earthworks, customized monitoring projects, and pipelines.
* Digital & Spatial teams provide leadership in 3D data and technology. Core to their spatial services are terrestrial laser scanning, mobile laser scanning, drone imagery and LiDAR, metrology, and hydrography. The digital teams focus on 3D modelling (BIM), GIS, 3D visualizations, analytics, and geospatial advisory.
Responsibilities:
In this role you will make an impact and gain experience in the following ways:
* Support the Employee Benefits service line including medical insurance, retirement/pension plans, wellness-related policy and procedure administration, employee benefit reporting and regional wellness initiatives.
* Benefits administration including annual physical examination, claims processing and re-enrolment for Southeast Asia
* Support logistics for Global OnBoarding SEAPAC which includes the use of global systems and working closely with managers to organise employee attendance at onboarding sessions
* Support measurements, metrics and reporting tools (E.g. GoApp tool operational reporting for Global OnBoarding)
* Provide support to CBS HR Services Project teams (projects as per 2025 initiative list), which include gaining experience in Quality and Functional Excellence projects
About you
To be eligible for the Veris Graduate Program you must be:
* Have full-time working rights to live and work in Australia
* Be due to graduate in 2025 or if you have already completed your studies, your graduation date must be within the past 2 years at the time of application
Eligible qualifications:
* Bachelor of Surveying Science and/or Bachelor of Geospatial Science
* Diploma in Surveying and Spatial or Associate Diploma in Surveying and Spatial
