Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and market research Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs both current and future Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth targets Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between client expectations and candidate sourcing Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions using CRM software Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and/or business development within labour hire Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Why Join Us?
