What we need:
Strong mechanical building services background within consultancy
Proven experience leading teams or mentoring engineers/designers
Ability to run projects across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire coordination
Strong commercial fitout project experience
Confident client‑facing skills and able to lead meetings
Capable of managing workload, resourcing and delivery deadlines
Business development ability or existing networks is a bonus
Hands‑on enough to stay close to projects when needed
