Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Employability Skills Trainer to promote and develop employability skills training programs for participants. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with local employers and community organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote and develop employability skills training programs for participants.
* Identify and support participants in developing their skills, abilities, and securing employment.
* Develop career development plans for participants.
* Organize, plan, implement, and facilitate training programs for participants.
* Build relationships with local employers and community organizations.
Requirements:
* Eligibility to work in Australia.
* A current driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
* Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check.
* Able to pass a Working with Children Check.
* Ability to work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm.
* Certificate IV Training and Assessment (desirable).
