About this role
This Technical Consultant position will assist customers in utilizing Atlassian products like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and related tools such as Slack to deliver value. Responsibilities include system integration, automation, solution design, product setup, migrations, upgrades, and performance tuning.
You will participate in pre-sales activities, offer solutions, and maintain knowledge of Atlassian and related technologies.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
* Gather requirements, research, present solutions, and recommend best practices.
* Communicate with stakeholders and assist in pre-sales, scope definition, and solution design.
* Share knowledge internally and contribute to improvements.
* Travel to client sites as needed.
Key skills, knowledge, and experience required
* Experience in technical consulting with Atlassian tools.
* Scripting skills in Groovy, Python, or Shell.
* System administration and database experience.
* Cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Experience presenting solutions and writing technical reports.
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
* Innovative thinking, teamwork, self-motivation.
* Web integration experience with REST APIs.
* Experience with AI, Atlassian Rovo, GitLab, monday.com, ServiceNow, SNOW.
* Requirements gathering and analysis skills.
