Our client is a highly regarded property owner and manager with a growing portfolio of retail shopping centres across Queensland. Due to continued growth and investment across their assets, they are seeking a Tenancy Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of retailer fit-outs, refurbishments, and tenancy projects across the portfolio.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the senior property leadership team, you will take ownership of tenancy delivery activities across multiple shopping centre assets, ensuring seamless execution from lease handover through to store opening.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing retailer fit-out and tenancy coordination processes across the portfolio
* Reviewing tenancy design submissions, fit-out documentation, and construction programmes
* Coordinating approvals and ensuring compliance with landlord requirements, statutory obligations, and centre standards
* Liaising with retailers, architects, project managers, contractors, and centre teams throughout the delivery process
* Monitoring project timelines and proactively managing risks to ensure on‐time store openings
* Conducting site inspections and overseeing construction activities
* Managing tenancy works budgets and associated reporting requirements
* Supporting asset enhancement initiatives, refurbishments, and redevelopment projects where required
* Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with both internal and external parties
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
* Previous experience in tenancy delivery, tenancy coordination, retail project management, property management, construction management, or a related discipline
* Strong understanding of shopping centre operations and retailer fit-out processes
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across a portfolio environment
* Knowledge of construction, design, compliance, and workplace health and safety requirements
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* A proactive and solutions‐focused approach
