We're looking for an experienced
Trading App Support Specialist
to support a critical energy trading environment in Melbourne, working with local stakeholders and global teams across Europe and APAC.
Non‑negotiable:

Pre‑trade/Pricing → Trade Lifecycle → Post‑trade
, including
Greeks / VaR / Valuation
.
What you'll be doing
* Keep trading/risk/post‑trade platforms stable in a
high-availability
production environment
* Monitor services/batches, troubleshoot incidents fast, and drive resolution with global teams
* Support releases, improve monitoring/alerts, and lift operational run quality
* Provide user support across the full trading lifecycle and feed improvements back to BA/dev teams
What I'm looking for
* 5–10 years
application support in trading/energy/commodities (or similar)
* Strong understanding of trading processes + system data flows
* Solid
SQL
(scripting/automation a bonus)
* Calm under pressure, proactive, and strong stakeholder communicator
