The company manages large-scale retail assets, supporting growth and innovation in the property sector.
We are seeking an individual (preferably) with previous or current experience managing retail facilities, overseeing building services, and driving contractor performance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal retailer satisfaction through efficient operation and maintenance of all services within the centre.
You will manage contractor performance, support financial planning, and maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for success.
