Leadership and Innovation Manager
We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team and contribute to meaningful changes in the lives of citizens, customers, and communities.
This role offers a unique opportunity to establish and deliver projects, engage clients and stakeholders, undertake quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and prepare deliverables that distil analysis into clear and compelling recommendations for clients.
You will work across a range of teams, managing small- to medium-sized projects, developing and managing relationships with clients, providing thought leadership, supporting and enabling high-achieving project teams, and actively developing the capability of your colleagues.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about doing work that matters, driven by a desire to create positive influence in an environment that values diversity and creativity. They will be resilient, committed, and motivated to delivering high-quality work and outcomes for clients and colleagues, underpinned by a consistent commitment to professionalism.
The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data, as well as robust interpersonal skills to navigate uncertain environments with clients and colleagues, provide and respond to feedback, and organise and manage teams.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of work experience in a professional setting, with relevant experience within areas of focus such as education, Defence, financial services, health & ageing, human services, central & economic agencies, and government.
