New Care Services is a growing and dedicated not-for-profit organisation committed to providing exceptional in-home care and support. We are seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our expanding team to support DVA clients in Brunswick Heads NSW 2483, Mullumbimby NSW 2482 & Ballina NSW 2478.
We are looking for Enrolled Nurses (EN), Assistants in Nursing (AIN), or Personal Care Workers (PCW) who want a rewarding opportunity to help clients live independently at home.
We are looking for staff who can fill shifts over multiple shifts including overnight, seven days a week. Full-time, part-time and casual positions are available.
Responsibilities
- Provide respectful and person-centred personal care.
- Assist with and administer medications according to individual care plans.
- Deliver professional medical care within your scope of practice (ENs).
- Provide sensitive and effective continence care.
- Facilitate social and community access to enhance engagement and reduce isolation.

Who We Are Looking For
- Enrolled Nurses (EN) with current AHPRA registration.
- Assistants in Nursing (AIN) with relevant qualifications and experience.
- Personal Care Workers (PCW) with a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) and relevant experience.
- Working with Children Check, Police Check, First Aid and CPR, Manual Handling Competency (or ability to obtain).
- Candidates with HLTHPS006 - Assist Clients with Medications unit of competency will be highly regarded.
- A genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A respectful and empathetic approach to supporting individuals with diverse needs.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional standards.
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (highly desirable).
