About

Our client, AcroCert, is a building approval and inspection service company based in Maitland. They provide reliable, efficient private certification services, ensuring projects comply with the highest standards and regulations.

As Office Manager, you will oversee and manage administrative, sales, marketing and financial functions, while contributing to certification and consultancy services. You'll be results driven, client focused leader with a passion for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Administration team, ensuring workflows and client needs are met.

Administration: Manage payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and maintain accurate records.

Technical Expertise: Address client technical queries and liaise with local councils regarding building compliance.

Leadership: Inspire and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Qualifications & Competencies:

Ideally you will have qualifications in Business, Administration, Finance, or a related field. You should bring solid experience in operations management or a similar leadership role (ideally in a building or construction environment), coupled with an understanding of Building Codes, Standards, and relevant legislation.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional multitasking skills, strategic thinking, and keen attention to detail. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities are essential, as is confidence with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
