About the Role
The Technical Product Lead will play a key role in driving enterprise-wide system solutions across Australia and New Zealand. This position requires an individual who can proactively contribute to changes in processes and procedures, with a focus on driving productivity gains.
Key Responsibilities:
* Bilateral relationships: Build powerful connections with relevant leaders within 2WD and third parties, based on mutual respect and empathy.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal customers and IT teams to ensure expectations align with project goals and objectives.
* Strategy and Architecture: Develop and maintain a strategy to support 2WD Application, including establishing appropriate processes and management controls.
* Talent Development: Uplift the general capability of the team to meet internal and external customer expectations.
* Crisis Management: Manage escalated concerns as required, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
* 5+ years experience in Ecommerce/ POS/ Supply Chain/ Inventory/ Warehouse Application Management, System Project Management, Systems Integration Management or Product Owner.
* Expert knowledge of system development methodology, agile project management, analytical/problem solving skills and relevant development and technology skills.
* Language and Communication Skills: Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
