Case Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Case Manager to join our Home Care team.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or similar, as well as at least 1 year of experience leading a care or support team. A current driver's licence and insured car are also essential requirements.

In this varied position, no two days are the same. You may be mentoring staff, reviewing services, solving rostering puzzles, or working with health providers to keep things running smoothly.
