We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join SYPAQ's Defence team to support and assist in the ongoing delivery of a LAND project within the LandC4 Program Capability Framework. This ongoing role is available immediately and will require the following skills:
Responsibilities
* Perform critical and complex engineering activities
* Exercise Technical Authority
* Strong software engineering skills
* Strategic technical leadership
* Quality assurance and validation against requirements
* Management of workflows, resources and team planning
Your Experience
* An understanding and experience of the Capability Life Cycle (CLC).
* A clear understanding of Configuration Management.
* Experience with developing and managing software management plans.
* Experience with ASDEFCON deliverables.
* Experience managing external suppliers and stakeholders.
* Experience reporting to senior stakeholders (Director level and above).
About you
* Minimum 5 years experience delivering engineering outcomes in a Defence environment.
* Experience with developing and managing Engineering Changes
* Chartered Professional Engineer (Engineers Australia) and registered on the National Engineering Register
* Minimum NV1 Defence Security Clearance
