Experienced baker required - Walter's Artisan Produce Pty Ltd, located on the Sunshine Coast Queensland.
Minimum requirements - 3 years experience or Certificate 111 Baking or equivalent.

Duties include:
- Preparation and baking of White Sourdough, Wholemeal Sourdough, 7 Grain Sourdough, Light Rye Sourdough, Dark Rye Sourdough loaves of bread and other bakery products;
- Performing cutting, moulding and mixing dough skills for bread and other bakery products;
- Monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times;
- Precisely scale, shape and score loaves. Assure finished baked products meet quality standards;
- Mix and process dough, set time and temperature for the best proving and baking procedures;
- Accurately follow recipes in the preparation of all dough. Correctly and safely utilize all mixing, lamination and baking equipment.
