About Us
At Allied Health Alliance Gippsland we're building a new allied health clinic dedicated to supporting kids and their families. We are located in the heart of Warragul, with direct access to the Monash Freeway. You will have access to local doctor's and shops around the area.
We want to bring much-needed allied health services to the Gippsland area. We plan to be a multidisciplinary clinic offering Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, and Physiotherapy. Initially focused on paediatrics, with a plan to expand to adolescents and adults in the future. Our mission is to deliver exceptional care within a warm, collaborative, and supportive environment. About the Role
We are seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to join our team to make a difference. We have a Senior OT role and a Junior OT position available.
Key Responsibilities for Senior Role (5+ years experience)
* Managing complex caseloads
* Providing clinical supervision to junior therapists, assistants and students
* Drive improvements in service models, quality, safety, and evidence-based practice
* Communicating with stakeholders and providing comprehensive care plans
* Building and growing the business in partnership with directors
Key Responsibilities for Junior Role (0-5+ years experience)
* Confidence in providing assessments, treatment plans, report writing, communication with stakeholders
* Managing simple to complex caseloads
* Ability to engage with children aged 0-12 years of age and their families
* Providing in clinic and community work
* Ability to work autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team
Salary + Benefits:
Base Salary $70k-$110k + plus super (depending on experience) + incentives + 99c/km reimbursement for travel.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
* Current AHPRA Registration
* Working With Children Check and Police Check
* Current First Aid certification
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
