A rapidly growing Australian health tech is expanding its Sydney sales team after an exceptionally successful couple of years, looking now for a driven Account Executive to help capture a hugely untapped market. The business has experienced massive growth both in Australia and their newly launched European team, and continues to win market share from legacy competitors with their modern, customer-first platform. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team in the early stages of scaling the Sydney office (and across AU!), working directly with senior leadership while playing a key role in expanding the company’s national footprint. Opportunity for growth into sales leadership as the team scales across Australia (and beyond!) The Role This is a full-cycle new business role where you’ll manage opportunities from first conversation through to close. You’ll work across industries nationwide rather than a fixed vertical, giving you access to the full addressable market. With strong marketing support, lots of inbound interest, and a proven product-market fit, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to build a healthy pipeline. Key responsibilities include: Driving new business through outbound prospecting, networking and events Running tailored product demonstrations and guiding prospects through the full sales cycle Managing a large pipeline of opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Maintaining accurate pipeline management using tools like Pipedrive, ZoomInfo and Aircall Collaborating with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding after deals close What You Bring: 2 years of full-cycle SaaS or technology sales experience Experience in health tech, or high-volume SMB/Mid-market SaaS environments is beneficial but not essential. Strong prospecting and pipeline-building ability A consultative and strategic approach to selling High energy, resilience and strong organisational skills If you’re a driven SaaS seller who enjoys building pipeline, running consultative sales cycles and working in a fast-growing environment, this could be a great next step.
