We are looking for an empathetic yet ambitious, tenacious and resilient individual who loves a challenge and wants to support our Hearing Aids division to assist our customers to set up their hearing aids check-ups. **What are we looking for?**
We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious outbound appointment setters who are excited to speak to customers and spark their interest Ideally you'll have previous outbound call centre experience, and a knack in speaking with customers You will be provided with ongoing training and support to ensure you can be successful, amid a team that is very welcoming & supportive.
We look for individuals driven to meet targets and manage time effectively. Excellent and empathetic phone manner and conversation skills are a must, especially because you will be talking to customers who may have hearing impairments.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- Outbound calls to prospective customers (all warm leads, they reach out to us) and setting up appointments with our Audiologist partners
- Providing a great customer experience
- Represent our brand to clients
- Input appropriate data into our system for new and existing customers
- Work with an automated dialler system
- Achieve targets
**To excel in this role, you will need to**:
