What You\'ll Do
- Empower Individuals: Manage a portfolio of Personal Injury/Commercial Claims, ensuring injured workers receive their correct entitlements.
- In-Depth Assessment: Obtain and review medical, financial, investigative, and rehabilitation reports to make accurate claim assessments.
- Effective Resolution: Use appropriate strategies to resolve claims cost-effectively while upholding the well-being of injured workers.
- Collaborative Approach: Work with internal support and external stakeholders to ensure timely and proactive Case Management.
- Exemplary Customer Service: Provide top-tier service to legislative authorities, employers, and injured workers while complying with legislation and maintaining efficient claim processing.
What You\'ll Bring
- Experience that Counts: Experience in Workers Compensation claims, portfolio claims management, or call centre operations; a Psych background is highly desirable.
- Team Player: Demonstrated track record of providing excellent customer service in a solid, supportive team.
- Effective Communication: Exceptional listening and communication skills in a high-volume environment; build rapport with customers with genuine compassion.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to interpret complex information and negotiate with claimants, third-party providers, external bodies, and internal teams.
- Resilience: High resilience and ability to manage complex, sensitive, and challenging matters.
- Bonus Points: Allied Health or Psych experience is highly regarded.
