About this role
An opportunity for an Admin & Support person has become available with an established, global textile wholesaler. This is a rare opportunity to join a market leader in their beautiful Sydney design studio.
The focus of this role is to provide administrative support to the sales and wider team, using your excellent organisation and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Document and maintain all current sales support policies and procedures and take ownership around process improvement
2. Accurately records details of inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken
3. Direct requests and unresolved issues to the Sales Manager as appropriate
4. Organise and prepare reports and proposals
5. Manage the samples library and arrange samples for clients
6. Build strong knowledge of textile products
7. Ensure showroom is presentable and welcoming
8. Accurately handle incoming enquiries
Skills and Experience
9. 2+ years in an administration or assistant role
10. Well-presented with excellent communication skills
11. Ability to multitask, prioritise a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
12. Genuine customer focus
13. High degree of professionalism, and strong attention to detail.
14. SAP experience highly desirable
