Conditions: Locum Medical Officer - Surgery Registrar:To work alongside the Staff Specialist team.Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years post-graduate, including at least 1 year of relevant experience.Additional Duties:May require undertaking in-charge and on-call duties.Will be required to workdays, evenings, & Weekends according to the Hospital roster.
Credentials: NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific); NSW Health online training modules; immunisations/vaccinations; Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; CRC; NSW WWCC; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; NSW declarations (e.g. Hep B; TB; Secondary Employment; Code of Conduct); Current AHPRA Registration
