The successful candidate will lead a variety of internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences. This involves maintaining exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation, creating a positive work environment for all team members, and ensuring staff are motivated and empowered to deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays.

Requirements:
* A high level of RSA, RCG, RMLV & Approved Managers Licence.
* Previous experience in high volume kitchens and a comprehensive understanding of Gaming Operations.
