Hotel Operations Manager
The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a 140-room hotel located in tropical North Queensland. This newly refurbished hotel boasts extensive meeting spaces, dining restaurants, cafes, bars, and spa rooms.
The Hotel Operations Manager will report to the Cluster General Manager, Cairns, and will be responsible for ensuring all corporate and brand standards are met while maximizing performance and profitability.

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day hotel operations in line with global goals and policies.
* Coordinate the implementation of projects and events to ensure seamless execution.
* Facilitate strategic planning to improve productivity, service quality, and guest satisfaction.
* Maintain good relations with stakeholders, ensuring timely reporting and access to records.
* Ensure compliance with legislation affecting the hotel's operations and staff.
* Take responsibility for workplace health and safety, minimizing risks to team members and guests.
* Implement global Hilton policies and procedures, developing hotel-specific protocols as needed.
* Lead by example, promoting our Hilton culture and encouraging team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in hotel management, preferably in the Australian market.
* Demonstrated ability to manage teams, motivate staff, and build strong relationships with owners.
* Proven track record of commercial success in a competitive environment.
* Experience launching new brands or products, delivering quality results under pressure.
* Ability to secure key roles in a competitive market.
