What You'll Do: Be the go-to expert keeping their equipment running safely and smoothly. Take ownership of electrical maintenance - from urgent fixes to strategic upgrades. Troubleshoot and resolve faults to keep our clients operations efficient and on target. Work collaboratively across departments to reduce downtime and keep production flowing. Use your expertise to read schematics, interpret wiring diagrams, and improve system reliability. Lead by example in safety, reporting hazards and ensuring a safe workspace for everyone. Help implement smarter, more efficient maintenance strategies that improve performance. Supporting continuous improvement efforts with insight from root-cause analysis Assist with mechanical maintenance as required What You Bring: An Electrical Trade Qualification. An open unrestricted electrical licence Proven experience undertaking electrical preventative maintenance, breakdown maintenance and fault finding in a manufacturing facility. Experience working with and fault finding on PLC's Experience with robotics, pneumatics, and automation systems. Instrumentation experience is desirable. Mechanical maintenance experience not essential but would be beneficial. A passion for solving complex problems with a practical mindset and attention to detail. Ability to juggle priorities and stay cool under pressure.
