Job Title: Assessment Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assessment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering professional and empathetic service to customers, assessors, repairers, and stakeholders.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate assessment bookings and manage workflows from lodgement through to repair
* Allocate assessments based on claim complexity, customer needs, and assessor availability
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Claim Centre system
* Identify and escalate risks, sensitive claims, or potential fraudulent activity
* Support assessors with administrative tasks
* Respond to inbound call customer queries, complaints, and requests within agreed timeframes
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive efficient claim outcomes
* Share performance updates, customer insights, and process improvement ideas with your leader
Requirements
* Proven experience in customer service roles
* Knowledge of general insurance and/or claims is desired
* Strong customer service mindset with empathy and care
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
* Resilient and proactive approach to problem-solving
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flexible environment
