With continued business growth and increasing customer demand, we are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee business operations and support ongoing commercial success. Position Responsibilities and Tasks The Retail Manager will be responsible for: Organising and controlling the day-to-day operations of the automotive detailing, car wash, ceramic coating, paint protection, and window tinting retail business. Determining service offerings, customer packages, pricing structures, and service standards to maximise sales performance and profitability. Monitoring customer demand, sales performance, booking volumes, and market trends and implementing strategies to improve revenue and customer retention. Formulating and implementing purchasing, stock control, and inventory management procedures for detailing products, tinting materials, ceramic coating supplies, cleaning chemicals, and related retail products. Maintaining records of stock levels, purchasing activities, sales transactions, and financial performance. Managing cash handling procedures, banking activities, invoicing systems, and point-of-sale operations to ensure accurate financial controls. Undertaking budgeting activities and monitoring operational expenditure to support the financial performance of the business. Coordinating and implementing advertising, promotional campaigns, customer loyalty programs, and marketing initiatives to promote the business's services. Advising customers on available detailing, tinting, ceramic coating, paint protection, and vehicle care services and ensuring high customer service standards are maintained. Managing customer enquiries, bookings, quotations, service schedules, and complaint resolution processes to ensure customer satisfaction. Recruiting, training, supervising, rostering, and evaluating staff performance to ensure operational efficiency and service quality standards are achieved. Monitoring staff productivity and implementing workplace procedures to improve customer service outcomes and business performance. Liaising with suppliers and service providers to ensure the timely procurement of products, equipment, and operational supplies. Ensuring compliance with Workplace Health and Safety requirements, environmental regulations, and company operational procedures. Maintaining the presentation, cleanliness, and professional standards of the premises, customer reception areas, and service facilities.
