Job Title: Skilled Care Professional
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our clinical team on a casual or permanent part-time basis. Responsibilities:
* Deliver person-centered care to residents with compassion, empathy, and respect
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve quality care outcomes
* Utilize comprehensive clinical knowledge to address age-related issues and contemporary practices in aged care environments
* Support the needs of older people through inclusive and empathetic care
* Contribute to a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care outcomes
Requirements:
* At least 6 months' experience as an Enrolled Nurse
* Comprehensive clinical knowledge, particularly in age-related issues, and experience working with contemporary practices in aged care environments
* An empathetic nature and commitment to supporting the needs of older people
* AHPRA registration
* IT savvy
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
