Auto Masters has built a reputation for high quality customer service and workmanship. We are currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our knowledgeable, hard working and friendly Port Adelaide team.
About the role
* Manage workshop operations and support the team to achieve KPIs and targets.
* Build solid relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
* Monitor performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
* Promote products and services using automotive industry knowledge.
* Maintain high safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
* Available for Saturday mornings (8:00am–12:00pm) - negotiable.
* Fully maintained company vehicle available by negotiation.
What We're Looking For
* Passion for the automotive industry with a robust work ethic.
* Hands‐on leader committed to excellent customer service.
* 2+ years managing an automotive workshop or service centre preferred.
* Proven sales ability in a customer-facing role.
* Trade qualification advantageous but not essential.
* Current SA Driver's Licence and Australian residency/citizenship.
