Metering & Settlement Executive 12 month FTC
Department: Operations – Metering & Settlements

Employment Status: Hybrid
Annual Salary: £27,000.00 – £28,500.00
In this key role, you will deliver a first-class Metering & Settlement Service to our Internal and External Customers. You will support the metering & settlement requirements of our business driven by the existing and future customer base, handling installation and maintenance metering requests for Advanced, Smart Meter and Half Hourly meters as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent Metering & Settlement services to both internal and external customers.
* Support the metering and settlement requirements driven by the existing and future customer base.
* Handle installation and maintenance meter requests for Advanced, Smart Meter and Half Hourly meters.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience delivering the highest levels of Customer Service.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Knowledge of the UK energy industry.
Working Conditions
Hybrid working: typically 2 days in the office location listed in this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to other offices may be required.
