ABOUT THE ROLES INBOUND STOCK MANAGER The position is more than a standard receiving position; it is an autonomous position supporting all inbound operations. The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience in managing inbound stock, stock rotations, and optimising locations. Exposure to Odoo or Solbox ERP and experience in cool rooms are advantages. OUTBOUND DISPATCH MANAGER - AM (4am - 12pm) The Dispatch Manager will work closely with the warehouse staff to ensure all aspects of outbound operations are actioned. The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience in managing outbound pick management, ensuring compliance with packing orders (including food), organising high-volume delivery runs, optimising routes, and leading staff. Exposure to Odoo or Solbox ERP and experience in cool rooms are advantages. OUTBOUND DISPATCH MANAGER - PM (10am - 6pm) The Dispatch Manager will work closely with the warehouse staff to ensure all aspects of outbound operations are actioned. The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience in managing outbound pick management, ensuring compliance with packing orders (including food), organising high-volume delivery runs, optimising routes, and leading staff. Exposure to Odoo or Solbox ERP and experience in cool rooms are advantages. WAREHOUSE & PROCUREMENT SUPERVISOR This role supports manufacturing and production operations within the heavy fabrication and engineering sector, overseeing warehouse and purchasing functions to ensure accurate, timely supply of parts and materials. You'll lead inventory control initiatives, including barcoding and systems improvement, while driving efficient warehousing, procurement, and safety-focused operations. DUTIES • Lead a team across warehouse and general operations • Undertake continuous improvement implementations • Allocate and coordinate the inventory control of materials throughout the site • Use of WMS or ERP systems SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Demonstrated experience as a Warehouse Leader • Exposure to working with production, planning or manufacturing teams with stock projections • Experience in WSE, HSE, cross-training, upskilling and mentoring large teams • Previous experience with FMCG food / temperature-controlled goods is an advantage COMPANY CULTURE A family-owned specialist with over 40 years of industry experience, built on long-standing customer relationships and a genuine commitment to looking after its people.
