We're on the lookout for an experienced Centre Manager to lead our community-focused centre.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide a passionate team, ensure excellence in practice, and create a place where children, families and educators truly belong.
As Centre Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the service while championing high-quality, inclusive, play-based practice.
You'll balance strong leadership with sound operational and financial management—without losing sight of what matters most: children.

About You
Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF and compliance requirements
Confident in leading teams, managing operations and driving quality outcomes
