About the Team
Made up of Graduates right through to Category Managers and Executives, FPG's Smart Berries Commercial team have large exposure across the business. The team consists of experienced produce experts with diverse professional backgrounds. Working in business support alongside this group, you will be contributing to a fast‐paced and high performing team, whilst being immersed in an exciting essential industry.
About the Role
Supporting our Smart Berries Commercial Team, this role will support the effective management of supply programs and third‐party grower relationships to ensure alignment with Smart Berries' commercial objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious person who has a passion for fresh produce.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for:
* Act as a key liaison with growers and internal stakeholders, supporting grower programs and varietal development partnerships
* Monitor production volumes, stock availability, product quality and packaging capacity to support supply planning and allocation decisions
* Assist with seasonal planning activities including pre‐harvest forecasting, post‐harvest reviews and grower supply coordination
* Gather and consolidate market data to support sales performance, market positioning and profitability
* Support the expansion and management of the grower and supply bases while maintaining strong commercial and ethical purchasing practices
* Manage key administration processes including purchase and sales orders, invoicing, and grower payment arrangements
About You

The successful candidates will have:
* Tertiary qualification in Business, Agriculture, Supply Chain or a related discipline - desirable
* Experience in supply chain, commercial operations or the fresh produce industry – desirable
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Ability to work under pressure and quickly adapt to meet goals and deadlines
* Strong attention to detail
