Our mission is to Stand for Good, fostering a workplace where all employees are treated with dignity and respect, emphasizing diversity, inclusion, and belonging across all levels of our company.What You'll Be Doing:Prospect and sell new insurance accounts for Church Mutual and its subsidiaries.Develop and execute a strategic plan to meet sales goals, evaluate new business eligibility, and maintain client relationships.Conduct on-site visits, provide risk management advice, and complete insurance applications.Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and provide reports to management.Participate in training, seminars, and industry events, including travel as required.Compensation & Benefits:Target pay ranges from $65,500 to $85,800, including base salary and commissions, with the base salary between $40,500 and $60,800.Generous commissions on new business and renewals.Additional bonuses, company car, gas card, credit card for expenses, profit sharing, health benefits, 401(k), and time off benefits.What We Expect:Bachelor's degree and industry experience preferred.Required P&C license and valid driver's license.Ability to work independently, meet performance standards, and communicate effectively.Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and insurance policy interpretation skills.Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed.Church Mutual is an equal opportunity employer.
