The role is responsible for delivering commercial sales targets across multiple business units, collaborating with unit managers to ensure seamless performance. Key responsibilities include:

1. Develop and implement commercial sales & marketing strategy

2. Manage the reservations team and marketing team

3. Develop and deliver annual commercial sales and marketing plan

4. Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, internal and external stakeholders in B2C and B2B channels

5. Secure customer profiling, attraction, engagement, retention and cross-selling opportunities
">
6. Manage customer satisfaction programs and implement improvement actions
">
7. Take ownership of social media strategy and digital presence
">
8. Coordinate marketing materials and brand marketing plans
">
9. Manage products and services portfolio, including new service identification and development
">
10. Oversee core business and manage sales and marketing elements of network growth, including pricing strategy for services
">
11. Analyse and report on performance of sales and marketing function

For this role, you should have experience working in a competitive and growing segment, a passion for customer experience and sales strategies, and a strong desire to succeed. We are looking for someone who is:

* Results-driven with at least 5 years' experience in commercial sales leadership
