The Role

- Assisting new staff members with their onboarding process (office tours, introductions to colleagues)
- Organizing events
- Managing meeting rooms
- Coordinating the procurement of office supplies
- Distributing mail
- Overseeing catering and on-site event management
- Preparing purchase orders and processing invoices on behalf of the HR department
- Providing general administrative support
