At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Motor Claims Assessor to join our team. As a Motor Claims Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing and resolving motor claims with precision and care.

Main Responsibilities
* Negotiate with repairers to achieve the best repair method, cost, and quality outcomes.
* Assess vehicles on-road and via desktop using our assessing frameworks.
* Manage escalations and disputes, ensuring timely and fair resolutions.
* Conduct reinspection, audits, and quality checks to maintain repair standards.
* Support customers through repair, write-off, and settlement processes.
Key Requirements
* Trade qualification (Cert III) in panel beating, spray painting, or mechanics or equivalent experience as a Motor Claims Assessor.
* A minimum of 3 years' post-trade qualification experience.
* Proven experience in quote writing and assessing/estimating skills.
* Knowledge of repair methods, insurance codes, and compliance.
* Current unrestricted Australian driver's licence.
