**Sounds like a cool place, but what about the role?**
The Sales Coordinator will be a vital point of contact with our clients, building relationships and assisting in assessing their needs. In this role you will be working closely with and supporting Finance Consultants to generate new enquiries and to ensure efficient and accurate processing of documentation for our clients. You will be confident in contacting customers via phone calls and qualifying leads generated from marketing campaigns, as well as carrying out administrative duties to facilitate the sales process. Additional responsibilities include:
- Answering inbound and making outbound calls, being the voice of our brand and generating new enquiry
- Managing and maintaining customer data and record keeping of active customers via CRM
- Working towards and achieving individual and team sales targets and customer feedback ratings
**To be successful in the role, you will have**:
- Prior experience in a role that required frequent communication with customers over the phone
- Customer centric sales approach with a second-to-none phone manner
- Strong attention to detail and process driven mindset
- Experience with varying administrative tasks
- A Team Player - you will be working and learning with some of the best in the business with the opportunity to grow your career
- Sales and growth mind set with experience achieving and exceeding KPI's
