What You Will Be Doing
Business Partnering – Act as a trusted advisor to technical and back‑office leadership teams, supporting strategic initiatives, project investments, and operational efficiencies.
Financial Forecasting & Budgeting – Own and manage financial planning cycles (annual budgets, long‑term plans, rolling forecasts) for assigned cost centres.
KPI Development & Monitoring – Define, track, and report key financial and operational performance indicators.
Performance Analysis & Reporting – Prepare detailed monthly management reports and conduct variance analysis to communicate performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
Financial Modelling & Business Case Support – Build and maintain robust financial models for new product launches, strategic investments, and business cases, including scenario planning and ROI assessments.
Cost Control & Efficiency – Identify cost drivers, recommend mitigation strategies, and implement cost‑saving initiatives.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Build strong relationships across technical and support functions to ensure integrated financial planning.
Job Qualifications Essential
CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification.
5+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Analyst roles (preferably in tech or high‑growth environments).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time‑management and organisational abilities.
Demonstrated initiative and proactive problem‑solving.
Advanced data analysis and reconciliation skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify trends quickly.
Preferred
Experience managing complex financial projects in a high‑growth or tech environment.
Familiarity with ERP and data analysis tools (e.g., TM1).
