Test Analyst - CRM
FinXL IT Qualified Services is a leading IT solutions organisation providing a broad range
of services to assist large Australian enterprises and Government departments to deliver IT
projects.
We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled Test Analyst with significant experience in
CRM application testing. The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated automation skills to
drive efficiency and quality in our customers continuous integration and continuous delivery
(CI/CD) pipeline. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly preferred. You will play a
crucial role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and user-friendliness of a business-
critical CRM solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes within the CRM environment.
- Conduct various types of testing, including functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Thoroughly test configurations, customisations, and integrations within the CRM application, particularly for Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing modules.
- Identify, document, and track defects using a defect management system and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable automated test scripts and frameworks using industry-standard tools and programming languages
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to support continuous testing and rapid deployment.
Required Experience
- Hands-on experience testing enterprise-level CRM applications (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Oracle CRM).
- Demonstrable expertise in test automation, including designing and implementing automation frameworks.
- Proficiency with one or more automation tools/technologies (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress).
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and backend testing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
