Local MC Driver - (DRI )
Followmont Transport is seeking a dedicated and responsible Local MC Driver to become a key part of our Cairns team. If you take pride in delivering high-quality work with attention to detail, this could be the perfect role for you. We are looking for a reliable individual to handle the safe pick-up and delivery of bulk freight, all while adhering to our established rules and regulations.

Primary Location : AU-QLD-Cairns
What You Will Be Doing
* Position: Full-time, Permanent
* Hours: 7am Start Monday to Friday (guaranteed hours)
* Regular OT (Weekend work)
* Start Date: Immediate start available
* Location: Local Cairns region
* Responsibilities:
o Complete pickups and deliveries of bulk general freight
o Safely and efficiently manage deliveries on time and in full
o Work in a steady paced environment while consistently maintaining a high standard of safety and accuracy
o Adhere to established rules, regulations, and processes to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications
* 12 months experience in a similar role in a structured environment
* Must hold a current MC Licence
* Forklift Licence is desirable but not mandatory
* A professional mindset with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to meeting goals
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and criminal history check
