Financial Stewardship: Navigate the landscape of financial transactions and reporting, transforming data into insights that drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accounts Payable: Handle data entry of bills and creditors payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Accounts Receivable: Manage the creation, sending, and follow-up of invoices to debtors.
* Financial Records Management: Maintain accurate records of credit card transactions and reconcile statements.
* Month End Processes: Assist with the reconciliation of aged payables and complete end-of-month checklists.
* Banking: Handle weekly banking tasks efficiently and accurately.
* Compliance Reporting: Generate and submit financial reports in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
* Minimum Certificate III in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
* Previous experience in finance or accounting roles preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
* Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
Essential:
* Working with Children (Blue Card).
* NDIS Workers Screening Card(Yellow Card).
* Current Driver's License.
