KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Develop strong relationships with prospective students and guide them through the enrolment process while meeting service and enrolment targets. – Nurture prospective student pipelines and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. – Provide comprehensive course, career, and industry information to support informed student decision-making. – Address student enquiries and concerns efficiently in line with Service Level Agreements. – Prepare performance reports and contribute ideas to improve enrolments and support business success. – Maintain accurate, real-time information within CRM systems. – Handle feedback professionally and ensure timely and effective resolution of queries.
