- As an Injury Management Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the quick resolution of workplace injuries and Workers Compensation claims, ensuring employees return to work promptly while minimising organisational costs.
- **Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the Injury Management Team, including injury allocation, records management, and system administration.
- Manage incident reporting and injury management databases, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
- Assist in calculating workers compensation payments and provide expert advice to personnel queries.
- Triage new injuries, notify relevant parties, and provide early intervention advice.
- Proactively manage workers compensation claims to reduce claim duration and achieve positive outcomes.
- Conduct worksite meetings and case conferences to support sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with leaders and external stakeholders to ensure effective injury management.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Experience in Allied Health, WHS, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Cert IV in WHS or equivalent preferred.
- Knowledge of injury management processes, policies, and legislation.
**Requirements of the Role**:
- South Australia Return To Work Coordinator (RTWC) certification.
- National police record check.
- Completion of Compulsory Code of Conduct, WHS, and Bullying and Harassment training modules.
- Valid driver's licence.
