OUR VISION

We're looking for a high-performing, detail-driven Sales Administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and ensuring a seamless, end-to-end client experience for our clients.

5. Liaise with Sales, Print, IT, Solutions, and Finance teams to ensure jobs are progressing correctly and invoiced in a timely manner
6. Process invoices, credits, returns, and vendor rebates in line with internal systems and processes
7. Ensure a smooth end-to-end client experience from order through to service delivery and invoicing, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining clear communication
8. Build and maintain positive customer relationships by understanding client needs and responding to feedback
9. Maintain and continuously improve sales systems and tools, including updating and optimising the Sales SharePoint site and training resources
