Cook / Kitchen Hands – Epping (Hospital & Café Setting)
We are currently seeking dedicated, reliable, and motivated Cook / Kitchen Hands to join our high-performing kitchen team at a newly developed, state-of-the-art facility in Epping.
This role is vital in supporting kitchen operations that service both hospital patients and an on-site café.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals in line with dietary requirements, menu plans, and patient/resident preferences.
Accurately prepare and serve special diets (texture-modified, diabetic, allergen-free).
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organised kitchen environment in compliance with food safety standards.
Collaborate with dietitians and facility staff to ensure meal quality and care plan compliance.
Supervise and mentor kitchen assistants or food service staff when required.
Assist with stock ordering, rotation, and waste management.
About You
Passion for food with a solid understanding of kitchen operations.
Strong experience in kitchen preparation and service, with the ability to work independently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with management.
High attention to detail, cleanliness, and the ability to follow established processes.
Must have "Up-to-date" vaccination certificates for Influenza and COVID-19.
