Overview

Administration Assistant, Clerk Grade 1/2, within Community Corrections, Corrective Services NSW.

Location and Type

Salary

Salary: Clerk Grade 1/2 - $75,728 per annum to $82,329 per annum plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

Your role

The role provides administrative and reception services to internal and external clients to support delivery of quality services. It includes non‐complex client matters, word processing, data entry, preparing correspondence, minutes, maintaining electronic and paper records, and supporting meetings and events.

The role requires the applicant to provide a service to the community and to staff and clients of the Agency. What You'll Do

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate integrity, be a true team player with excellent communication and organisational skills, and maintain confidentiality. You will use your proven experience to meet the demands of this role effectively. Key attributes include resilience, initiative, high attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. CSNSW offers training opportunities and promotional opportunities may be available. If you enjoy administrative work, supporting team members and liaising across multiple stakeholders, this role will interest you.

What We're Looking For

Applicants should have previous administration experience and be able to demonstrate a high level of computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite, and competency in applications such as record management systems. The ability to learn and grow in the role is important for understanding the role.
